Dr. Alfredo Siller Jr. is a board-certified dermatologist with a strong commitment to serving underserved populations. Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, he was inspired by the health disparities along the U.S.-Mexico border to pursue a medical career. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Pan American and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Siller completed his internship at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and a dermatology research fellowship under Dr. Stephen K. Tyring before completing his residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Passionate about mentorship and equitable healthcare, he advocates for improving access to dermatologic services and fostering the next generation of diverse healthcare leaders. In his free time, Dr. Siller enjoys camping, traveling, fishing, and attending Dallas Cowboys games with his family, including their cats and mini dachshunds.

Doralia (Dora) Flores, a proud South Texas native, is a bilingual board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Pan American, she worked as a critical care RN in Wisconsin and Texas, delivering exceptional patient-centered care. In 2019, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Concordia University Wisconsin, which led her to pursue her passion for skin health and its role in overall well-being. With a focus on atopic dermatitis, acne, and dermatology in skin of color, Dora is thrilled to return to her home community, empowering patients to embrace their skin and feel confident. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, OrangeTheory Fitness, and outdoor adventures with her miniature dachshunds, Daisy and Duke.

Aimee M. Luna is a finance professional with a diverse background in banking, wealth management, and accounting, along with expertise in regulatory compliance. She holds an Associate’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on accounting. Excited to join Valley Dermatology Specialists, Aimee aims to leverage her financial and management skills to support the practice's growth. Outside of work, she values family time, enjoys spinning, and actively supports her daughter's softball activities, as well as her family's shared passion for fishing and outdoor pursuits at their ranch. Aimee values her faith and enjoys the companionship of her energetic dachshund, Diesel, which contributes to her well-balanced lifestyle.
